I rate this book as a masterpiece in the wedding photography world. Everyone wants dream wedding photos and this book gives some inspirational examples from LA's top wedding photographers. "The Art of A Wedding" is the gift of Cherie Steinberg and Hedley Jones for all brides-to-be, grooms, and anyone excited to know the secrets of wedding and bridal photos!
It guides brides in a clear way to boost their chances of getting amazing results from the photographer. It is logically laid out into chapters: working with the photographer; choosing a location; accessories; make-up and hair; getting ready; the ceremony; the reception; and posing tips for bride AND photographer.
The authors give advice on: finding your best side; doing an engagement shoot; dealing with vendors including videographers; positioning; and the roles of the wedding planner, best main and maid of honour.
Wedding planner to the stars Kevin Lee has written the foreword which is hilarious. There is also a resources page with useful websites and companies you might be interested in.
Kudos to the authors.

Read this entire book if you are getting married, are an upcoming maid of honor, a personal attendant, a mother of the bride... Just read it if you are going to be involved in a wedding soon! I have grown up in a family that revolves around weddings for a business, and have even helped shoot weddings. I learned so much from this book! It may have some parts that are repeated a few times but for so much great Information I can overlook that.
